My Answer will be as follows:
OVERVIEW: Here, I worked as a receptionist at the hotel.
WORK DONE: During my time here, I was tasked with administrative tasks like checking in and checking out guests and keeping records of guests’ details to ensure due diligence. I am also required to solve guests’ queries and deliver the best possible service to them.
LEARNING POINTS: This experience has allowed me to maintain organisation in my work and think on my feet when dealing with guests’ problems. I have also been able to work effectively in a team where required to meet the guests’ needs.
This will help you to write a succinct and organised answer. It also allows you to think about what you learned and the role that you had when working at that particular place.
